I think this book is a great read because its funny and packed with unexpected twists. Although its one of the strangest books I’ve read, I enjoyed it one

hundred percent.

It about one of clumsiest people you will ever meet “Wally Mc Doogle” After he has a an accident with his computer everything he types become truth. At first he and his friend “Wall Street” just improve their grades by a little bit but when the school coach who wants to flunk him wall street tries to gets the coach fired the computer take the wrong way and the coach gets accused of robbing fourteen banks. Wally has to free the coach but he gets him self

promoted to governor of the state, then he makes his house a separate country

And has him as president. The US president wants to kill him and his country because he impersonated an officer.

The answer was simpler than he thought. He was convinced him that he didn’t have to destroy the laptop to get rid of the computer bug.

Over all I thought this is a great read if you like a random thrilling and

adventurous story.

Tear gas used on a stolen bus.

The armed defenders squad was called in to Dunedin as a bus did not stop for a red light then failed to stop for police and rammed into a parked police car. An hour and a half later a police truck and the armed defenders squad managed to stop the bus they fired tear gas and pepper spray into the bus. the offender will be charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop, unlawfully taking a bus, dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, unlawfully taking a bus and assaulting police. The offender later told police he just wanted to ride a bus.

Color poem

This is the poem on a color as if it were a person.

Green, the colour of spring

Green, the colour that lies between blue and yellow in the rainbow,

Green, the colour of the trees in spring,

Green tastes like fresh home-grown lettuce,

Green smells like freshly cut grass,

Green, the colour of envy,

Green, the colour of the Irish shamrock,

Green, the tiny frog that sits alone on the lily-pad,

Green, the slime that squishes between my toes,

Green feels like branches brushing against my face as I run,

Green, the apples that lie beneath the trees,

Green, the soft moss beneath my feet,

Kakariki, kirini, karera, kariki are green,

Green, the chrysalis that hangs from the swan plant,

Green sounds like a river through the forest,

A green glow surrounds the blossoms that burst forth in spring,

Green, the pounamu of the forest,

Green, the new beginnings of the koru,

Green, the colour of freshness, new beginnings and a new day.

Quality writing

This is the quality writing that I have done on the quality of courage:

Courage

Courage is very much like his father, Bravery. His mother is Hope. He doesn’t have many friends but his two best friends are Fearlessness and Loyalty. His aunty is Faith.

When courage was only three years of age his father went to war and died. But hope remarried power the man Courage’s father had bravely saved. Courage was always like his father giving help when ever needed. He had all ready won the town award for citizenship towards other people. From the very day he was asked “what do you want to be when you grow up” by the kindergarten teachers he knew he was going to save lives just like his father. He didn’t know when or how, but he just knew.

By the time Courage was fifteen he had retrieved six kittens from trees, rescued an elderly woman from her burning apartment block and saved a toddler from drowning in a public pool. He be came a very quick thinker so he did well in quizzes and he got into speed chess to get his strategy levels up. He became a competent leader but he became a bit bossy. But he took a path unlike his friends as they had joined the navy. His parents became a bit sick of it and sent him off to a holiday program. Here he was found in his element, as they went to a local air base. He found it so fascinating that volunteered to take a ride in the air bases new rescue helicopter, part way through the helicopter got a call out the situation was critical so Courage had to come. He now knew his dream was to be a search and rescue winch man.

He undertook training of the highest quality and became so skilled that the air force urged him to join, he decided to honor his father and join. After a few years of extra training he was assigned to his first mission, to protect a naval fleet heading to Guatemala.

Courage stayed with the air force until he was too old to fight. But he is always telling the next generation about his ventures, or he flying model planes at the local park. He still did good deeds until he died peacefully of old age in his English cottage but he will always be rembered by all that knew him and especially by the young child he saved. That young child knew she would be just like him, just like him…

War in Iraq

Recently members of the Hamas military wing attacked Palestinian security forces loyal to Fatah, its rival among Palestinians, on Tuesday, killing nine, according to Fatah officials. The attack ratcheted up the hostility between the warring forces. Should the American forces intervene? what do you think?
